The service was great and you can’t beat the location if you’re going to the convention center. The bathrooms are in major need of remodeling. The layout of room is quite nice but the bathroom was old, moldy in spots, and it looked like the shower floor is just stained looking dirty no matter how much it is cleaned.
This is a wonderful hotel. The rooms are clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is modern and well kept. The bar was amazing and had the best appetizers. The restaurant Nfuse had a delicious buffet breakfast too. Will definitely be going back!
I reserved a room with a balcony but was assigned a room without one. Logan at the front desk was very patient and helpful in addressing the issue and providing compensation for the mistake. Overall, the stay was average as the rooms we booked on the third floor felt a bit plain and offered views of the parking lot. My fridge also didn't work.
Absolutely had the best time from arrival at valet and bell hop. The Consierge Level is the only way to go!! We enjoyed the staff and all the amenities this resort offers. As a family who adores travel but all suffer form disabilities. We can't enough positives about their disability assistance and room with for wheelchair and walk in showers!! Upon availability!!
We had a wonderful stay at the Marriott Anaheim! The staff truly went above and beyond, especially when they learned we were celebrating my daughter’s birthday. From a magical check-in experience to a surprise of Mickey Mouse–shaped pancakes at Fuse, a special drink at the coffee shop, and even a dessert waiting in our room after the park—every gesture was thoughtful and genuine. The room, service, and food were all excellent. Thank you for creating such special memories for our family—we can’t wait to return! :)
stayed for 8 nights over the holidays and lucked out with a corner room with balcony which was lovely. Everything in the room was great, no complaints. Our only issue was parking. Our room key never worked the whole duration and we always had to buzz every time we wanted to enter/leave the car park. We would stay here again however would possibly try look for somewhere slightly closer to the disney parks as was a 25 minute walk.
A conference brought me to the convention center a few weeks ago. Service was great! The room was simple, but comfortable. I enjoyed the ammenities. The fitness room was the nicest I’ve seen. There were lots of attendees and staff held it down. Shout out to Logan for his kindness and service.
Eric Melendez, did a superior job checking us in and showing us great hospitality and kindness! It was my daughter's 18th birthday and we were headed to Disneyland the next day. Our check in was early, but Eric found a room with a balcony on the 18th floor. He also gave us vouchers for special access to the breakfast buffet and Bonvoy lounge for snacks! After a trip from NYC to CA, he made our entire stay memorable and special! Thank you Eric, for treating my daughter like a star on her 18th birthday, we won't forget your generosity!
